Angular: Program ng failed to run No application is associated

解决方案

在 Windows 计算机上更改 PowerShell 执行策略。步骤如下：

获取执行策略列表

输入如下命令，获取 PowerShell 执行策略列表：

Get-ExecutionPolicy -List

设置 CurrentUser 策略

将 CurrentUser 设置成 RemoteSigned 策略，输入如下命令：

Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
